As a result of his tireless dedication and invaluable contribution to the business Andrew Griffith was awarded Director status. Annette Peck was hired to revitalise the property management department. Additionally, Annette provided strategic support to the business through a necessary period of growth. Throughout this period the business continued to grow organically.

MyLondonHome was founded in 2002 by Steven A. Herd.
Having been in the industry since the mid 80’s, Steven had become disillusioned with the negative practices which had soured the industry’s public image. As a result of this, he made the decision to set up his own business which would build its reputation based on his professionalism and strong ethical values.
Initially offering a “platinum” service to a select number of clients, MyLondonHome proved to have a winning formula and after only one year, Andrew Griffith was brought on board. Sharing Steven’s passion for excellence and strong work ethics, he played a fundamental role in expanding the company’s portfolio.
