Terms & Conditions of Special Offer
Offer available from 1st November 2023 to 28 February 2024 on signing a 2 year sole agency instruction. Our fee of £2,100 + VAT (£2,520 inc VAT) for provision of our full let & managed service for the first 12 months of an applicable tenancy payable annually in advance. In year two the fee will revert to a discount rate of 12% + VAT (14.4% inc VAT) accounted as 7% + VAT in advance for the let element and 5%+ VAT monthly for the management element for any continuation, renewal or relet. Should a tenancy end earlier than the initial one year period no pro-rata refund is due from the promotional fixed fee of £2,100 + VAT. MyLondonHome reserves the right to decline an instruction or withdraw the promotion at any time; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Example charges. 24 month tenancy agreed at £600 per week; fixed fee payable for year one of the tenancy £2,100 +VAT (£2,520 inc VAT), fee payable for year two of the tenancy at 12% + VAT (14.4% inc VAT) = £4492.80 (£600 x 52 x 14.4%).
