As one of the most successful new home and assignment agents in central London we are now looking to appoint a New Homes Sales Manager to further support our growth in the East of London and to head up an established new homes team in our Canary Wharf office.
About the Role:
The New Homes Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
- The delivery of sales
- Client management
- New business generation
Leading a team of Property Consultants and one Valuation Specialist, you will be holding daily meetings with your team, agreeing and setting targets as well as managing, coaching and developing them to deliver the best results possible for our customers and for our business.
The role of the New Homes Manager is exciting and varied, requiring you to be hardworking, enthusiastic and professional at all times. Your team will deliver property investment solutions to buyers based both in the UK and overseas, selling amazing apartments across the East London postcodes.
