About the Role:

We are committed to ambitious landlord retention targets, coupled with significant growth of our managed portfolio and this role will be pivotal in achieving these goals. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Lettings Manager will be specifically responsible for generating a healthy level of new and recurring business with bringing stock to the market both at end of tenancy and for new landlord clients.

Leading a team of three property consultants, effective team management is the backbone to achieving success and this role will be crucial to motivating and developing the team. You will be responsible for:

  • Hosting morning meetings
  • Conducting regular one to one sessions to keep our people on track
  • Agreeing and setting targets
  • Managing, coaching and developing the property consultants to deliver the best results possible for our customers and for our business
