We are seeking tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales in London, who can demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the best customer service delivery.
About the Role:
Your role is all about relationships. You will be responsible for building relationships with high profile and high net worth applicants, assessing their requirements, providing advice and of course, agreeing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for successful property professionals to establish themselves within the exciting central London market.
- Proven track record within London's residential sales or new homes market
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation
- Able to build good rapport with ease
- Self-starting with the desire to succeed
- Outstanding negotiation and networking skills
