Steven's extensive 30 years of estate agency experience in London culminated in launching MyLondonHome, which has enabled him to bring together a hand-picked team to provide the high level of quality advice, market strength and service he is renowned for. Most corporate agents overlook the fact that estate agency is about people, and how your business relates to them, whether they be your staff or your clients. I consider myself fortunate to be in a business that gives me so much personal fulfilment now as it did 20 years ago, whether that be from helping my team to develop their potential or helping a vendor achieve his goals.

Andrew is a highly motivated and proactive Estate Agent who possesses an excellent knowledge of our marketplace and prides himself on his integrity and high standards which are a major force within the company. Natalie Pringle

Regional Director - Asia

Natalie is the Director of MyLondonHome in Hong Kong and is well known for her love of a challenge as well as her incredible dedication to outstanding customer service. Upon joining the company in 2012, Natalie’s passion for excellence has been instrumental in our expansion and ensured that the logistical and procedural elements were combined perfectly with the innovation and dynamism which is characteristic of MyLondonHome. Working tirelessly to ensure that our clients are at the very centre of every decision making process, Natalie assists clients across South East Asia with their investments whether in relation to acquisition, disposal or rental. With her unfaltering determination, Natalie upholds the very principles which make MyLondonHome so unique and seamlessly bridges the gap for many of our overseas clients.

I have been at MyLondonHome for 4 years and currently head up the two New Homes teams from our Westminster office. The New Homes teams specialise in the selling of assignment contracts and have assisted hundreds of clients in selling their off-plan portfolios and individual properties prior to developments completing. Working for an independent has allowed me to organically grow a unique team and I am proud of our transparent, refreshing and efficient approach.

Brought up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, I moved to London and got involved in property ranging from commercial sites in The City to suburban housing in Greater London and now I am involved in the New Homes market of Central London. I boast a knowledge of various investment markets, coupled with a keen interest in international current affairs, to service my diverse range of clients and their individual needs. Visiting the many cultures of the world and the playing of Spanish classical guitar are my hobbies – in this pursuit, I have visited over 35 countries and played guitar over 10 years.

Graduating with a Bsc in Business meant I left university with a plethora of options at my feet. I was fortunate enough to enter the Greater London property market as a residential sales negotiator with one aim – progressing to Central London and testing my skill with some of the world’s most prestigious people, places and properties. MyLondonHome has given me this opportunity as an off plan investment specialist and was the inaugural member of the newly formed New Homes Central & West End team. With the number of new homes being built at an all-time high, 436 towers being erected across the capital and 73% of these being used for residential purposes alone, now is the perfect time to be a part of this change in London’s skyline.

As the Lettings Valuation Specialist here in the brilliant Southbank and Nine Elms office my role is to accurately value property for rental as well as advise landlords on the best possible way to attract the most sought after tenants. I joined MyLondonHome in July 2016, I prepare all the accounting work for the Lettings and Sales and New Home teams; and play a lead role in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and financial reports to the board. I have been working in the finance sector for 6 years, previously in the recruitment industry and am a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants body. My technical abilities and sound knowledge of accounting principles will ensure the financial statements are accurate and represent a true and fair reflection of the business to enable the business to make well informed business decisions as well as ensuring systems of controls are in place to safeguard the business.

I come from a photography background with a degree in photography and a masters in photojournalism and documentary photography. In parallel to my personal work I enjoy working commercially creating interior photographs and show properties in the best light. Photography is the most important marketing tool, therefore our photographs are the key to keep the imagery at an outstanding level and help people finding a home. All my life I have grown up in East London, however I spent a brief stint in Colchester graduating the University of Essex in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE). I was introduced to MyLondonHome at the opening of our New Business Centre, in Colchester, working as a Move Consultant. However, due to the flexibility and openness of the company I have been given the opportunity to work in the New Homes department as an Investment Off Plan Specialist.
