Steven's extensive 30 years of estate agency experience in London culminated in launching MyLondonHome, which has enabled him to bring together a hand-picked team to provide the high level of quality advice, market strength and service he is renowned for. Most corporate agents overlook the fact that estate agency is about people, and how your business relates to them, whether they be your staff or your clients. I consider myself fortunate to be in a business that gives me so much personal fulfilment now as it did 20 years ago, whether that be from helping my team to develop their potential or helping a vendor achieve his goals.

Andrew Griffith

Managing Director

Andrew is a highly motivated and proactive Estate Agent who possesses an excellent knowledge of our marketplace and prides himself on his integrity and high standards which are a major force within the company. Our vision of providing an estate agency service with the market strength of a large corporate agency but with strong core principles of integrity and honesty is incredibly rewarding and I enjoy proving to Purchasers & Vendors, Tenants & Landlords that it is possible!

Julie has extensive experience working as a senior human resource practitioner within the property sector. Her understanding of the power of people in a business will lend itself perfectly to MyLondonHome as it embarks on the next phase of its growth. Julie joins a dynamic team of individuals all of whom share a common goal of delivering fantastic service to clients and customers.

Adam brings to MyLondonHome a true understanding of customer care and an enthusiasm to succeed in the central London Property Market. Having vast experience within B2B sales and customer focused roles. Adam understands the true ethos of our business. Having spent the last 5 years of my career providing business development across a variety of sectors. Having always wanted to pursue a career in the property industry, I feel very lucky to have begun it at MyLondonHome. Having spent a year as a Property Manager, I am now excited to be putting the skills and knowledge I have learnt to use in the Instructions team. Lettings Manager - Central and West End

From a young age I had always wanted to have a career within the London property market. Always working within the busy London market I have picked up skills from different environments I have been in, from high end markets of Kensington and Chelsea to the quick turnaround of South of the river. My role as Lettings Manager at MyLondonHome is to juggle a busy lettings team along with a portfolio of landlords keen to make the most of their investments. The goal is for us to be market leaders within the diverse markets that we cover.

Prior to working at MyLondonHome I was working in property management for 3 years. This gave a him a sound understanding of how property management worked. Having worked along the South West London riverside for some time I’m familiar with these developments and the standards clients expect from both the resident’s view as well as an owner’s perspective. When the opportunity to work at MyLondonHome was offered to me I jumped at the chance to join such a great company with lots of progression and growth. Every day brings a new challenge and I particularly enjoy the excitement of the fast paced London property market and look forward to growing with MyLondonHome.
