How does MyLondonHome Auctions work?

Sales on MyLondonHome Auctions are played out via an online bidding platform on our website, the likes of which are becoming very popular across the country. Vendors are able to select the date and time their bidding will end, giving them complete control over a process that up until now has had very little control. 

There is also the added benefit that there is no selling fee to the vendor, with up-front costs starting at just £310 inclusive of VAT to cover the cost of a legal pack. The subtle difference is that the winning bidder at the deadline pays for the right to purchase that property for a 40-day period at the price agreed at the time. This is done using a binding Reservation Agreement.
