We also believe in simplicity, and so created our Platinum management service to bring all the usual costs and charges within the letting and management fee you pay.

Our Let & Managed service gives you the same level of security at a lower fee, with the associated administration charges billed separately. |

Our Let & Rent Collection service sees you manage the tenancy yourself. We’ll still find you a great tenant and move them in, with the costs associated with the pre-tenancy set-up billed in addition to our fee. |
The above fees are payable for the initial term and any renewal or extension of the tenancy.
