Our Let & Managed service gives you the same level of security at a lower fee, with the associated administration charges billed separately.

Our Let & Rent Collection service sees you manage the tenancy yourself. We’ll still find you a great tenant and move them in, with the costs associated with the pre-tenancy set-up billed in addition to our fee.
