Making an Offer
Once you have found the right property to rent in London, you will be required to complete a holding fee form which states any special conditions of the offer and to provide details of your references. After this has been completed we will send the offer to the respective landlord. Our Property Consultants are put through an intensive training course with our CEO to ensure that this process is agreeable for both parties.
Once an acceptable offer has been agreed, our Property Management Department will go through a number of procedures to complete the process, these include:
- The collection of any references you have already provided,
- The signing of the Tenancy Agreement and
- The collection of payment of both the rent and deposit.
Once completed, you will be greeted at the property by one of our APIP qualified Inventory Clerks. One of the team will assist you with the check-in, conduct an inventory and ultimately ensure you’re comfortable in your new home.
