A surprising amount of letting agents are not ARLA registered! We have a team of ARLA qualified Property Managers looking after you and your apartment for the length of your tenancy. MyLondonHome are also a part of a number of accredited associations such as The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). Our membership to TPO means that in the unlikely event something goes wrong, you have an official complaints body to liaise with.

We let and manage 90% of the London properties that we let. We try and avoid let-only contracts because we want to look after our tenants. As we have one of the lowest ‘Properties to Property Manager’ ratios in London, this efficient service means we offer our tenants real attention to detail. No issue or request is ignored, with your property manager targeted on speed of their response. We know that an efficient service is conducive to stress-free living and we do our utmost to ensure it happens.
In-House Cleaning and Maintenance
We have a professional and insured Cleaning Department offering an array of services including regular tenancy cleans, deep cleaning of appliances and an ironing service. We recommend our clients take advantage of our trustworthy, consistent London cleaning service. We are also pleased to offer the services of an in-house Maintenance Team, allowing us to act quickly and efficiently in a property we already have knowledge of.
Pre-Check Out Inspection
Our APIP qualified Inventory Team will meet with you, help and advise before you move out of the property so you have a higher chance of getting 100% of your deposit back! In fact, only 0.67% of our tenancies end with a deposit issue! The 'Pre-check out' inspection is a special feature we introduced with the view to helping both our landlords and tenants experience the smoothest transition during the rental process.
